the game is fun, the story line draws you in. but any time you send a message through the game to support, nothing happens. I've lost out on gems, because it takes them but doesn't give me anything in return. I have used so much energy to get a specific thing I was very close but my items keep disappearing when I log back in. this game could be great. if support would respond, or reimburse you when the game has a "glitch" I guess.

I probably might have liked this game if the scenes were skippable. there are four thousand times you have to tap the screen to get back into gameplay. super annoying. I dont need video scenes or dialogue at all to be honest. This is reminding me of Kingdom Hearts 2. When it came out there were like 200 unskippable cut scenes. ridiculous and unnecessary. adorable and all, but just make a short film or something.

The amount of time it takes to accumulate coins is really annoying. Why not make it easier to continue playing? Also what's with the time outs for generators when trying to create an item? Seems unnecessary and makes the game stop. Also, Bella is being groomed.
